The historic City of Chichester, the town of Arundel and the cosmopolitan City of Brighton is also very close by and open up a wealth of culture, arts, theatre and too many possibilities to list here.

Love the water? You can wander from your garden and launch your canoe, kayak, dingy or paddle boat from the beach. If you want to keep a larger boat close by there is a wide range of moorings and yacht clubs at Littlehampton Harbour which is a ten or so minute drive away. Or just walk along the shore and enjoy the relaxing view which equally can be enjoyed from within Waterside.

The Sussex Downs provide a beautiful backdrop and the fields and surrounding walks provide a wonderful way to enjoy your dog walks or cycle treks. You can call into the many quaint Sussex Pubs dotted along the coast and begin to explore.

Angmering Train Station is under two miles away – where you can travel directly to London Victoria in 1 hour 29 minutes.  To Gatwick, the train journey takes 55 minutes.

Approach

When you enter the outskirts of East Preston you head towards Golden Avenue which will take you to the gated entrance of the West Kingston Sea Estate.  At weekends and during the summer months the gates are guarded by a Porter who will allow entrance only to those able to enter the Estate you head down the private road till you reach the exclusive Coastal Road which only gives access to the exclusive homes within. By heading East you will come to Watersides gated entrance.
